Dong Nam Industrial Park is managed and operated by Saigon VRG Investment Joint Stock Company (SVI), one of the nation's largest corporations, Vietnam Rubber Industry Group. The total invested capital of the project is VND 1,500 billion (nearly USD 100 million).
