Phuoc Dong Industrial - Urban - Service Complex is managed and operated by Saigon VRG Investment Joint Stock Company, belong to one of the nation's largest corporation, Vietnam Rubber Industry Group. . The total invested capital of the project is 5,000 billion VND (equivalent to $ 350 million).

The complex has a total area of ​​3158 ha, located in two districts of Go Dau and Trang Bang, Tay Ninh Province. In particular, the area of ​​land for developing industrial parks is 2190ha. Phuoc Dong Industrial Park has a convenient location on both waterway and road transport.

WATER SUPPLY

Clean water is supplied from on-site water plant, with a capacity of 120,000 m3 /day-night with water quality satisfying the standards of Vietnam (QCVN 01:2009/BYT).  "Raw" water supplied from the East canal is 220,000 m3/day-night. Water source from Dau Tieng Lake (1.58 billion m3)

WASTEWATER TREATMENT

Wastewater is collected and treated centrally at the on-site wastewater treatment station with a capacity of 160,000 m3/day-night, Treated water meet Grade A standards as prescribed in QCVN 40: 2011/BTNMT

TOPOGRAPHY

The Industrial Park has good geology with flat terrain, hard soil, thus saving construction costs on piling. The elevation at 12-17m above sea level helps to drain well, limit flooding

TRAFFIC SYSTEM

Wide roads, meeting the needs of clients: Main road: 6 lanes with width of 60m; Internal road: 2-4 lanes with width of 18-29m. Sai Gon VRG open more roads when & where needed
